Handling direct queries for tickets could have become an onerous undertaking—neither organization had a dedicated staff to take calls. Hiring staff for a period of only two months was not an ideal solution either.

With the custom installation of  Planet Telecom's Compello Centrex system (www.planettelecom.ca/Compellocentrex.asp), all incoming and outgoing calls related to the benefit concert are handled efficiently whether staff can take the call or not. Planet Telecom’s IT Engineers programmed the auto attendant and call paths seamlessly within the existing infrastructure of ICON Concerts office and provided the toll free number—1-866-309-7771.
